Shri Ramkrishna Movement in Limbdi
Shri Ramkrishna Movement in Limbdi was started from the Tower Bungalow where Swami Vivekananda had stayed for a few days in the year 1891. The prince of Limbdi came in close contact with him and was highly influenced by him. In the year 1968 a group of local devotees – divinely inspired by Shri Ramakrishna – founded Shri Ramakrishna Prarthana Mandir and in 1994 it was handed over to Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math along with the present location of the Ashrama. Since then the Ramakrishna Mission, Limbdi is continuing the socio-religious activities according to the teachings of the holy Trio.
લીંબડી માં શ્રી રામકૃષ્ણ ભાવધારા
સન ૧૮૯૧ મા સ્વામી વિવેકાનંદ ટાવર બંગલા મા રહ્યા હતા ત્યારથી લીંબડી મા શ્રી રામકૃષ્ણ ભાવધારા પ્રવાહિત થઇ રહી છે. લીંબડી ના રાજા યશવંત સિંહજી સ્વામીજી થી ખુબ જ પ્રભાવિત થયા હતા. સન ૧૯૬૮ માં કેટલાક સ્થાનિક ભક્તોએ શ્રી રામકૃષ્ણના દિવ્ય માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ “શ્રી રામકૃષ્ણ પ્રાર્થના મંદિર” ની સ્થાપના કરી અને સન ૧૯૯૪ માં પ્રાર્થના મંદિર અને વર્તમાન આશ્રમ ની જગ્યા રામકૃષ્ણ મઠ, બેલુર ને હસ્તાંતરિત થઇ. ત્યારથી રામકૃષ્ણ મિશન, લીંબડી શ્રી રામકૃષ્ણ ના ભાવાદર્શ અનુસાર ધાર્મિક અને સેવાકીય પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ચલાવી રહ્યું છે.
Service Activities / સેવાકીય પ્રવૃત્તિઓ
Ponds are deepened in the rain starved villages which ensures the year round water supply. 60 ponds are deepened till now. Poor villages are gifted cows to help them earning livelihood.વરસાદના અભાવગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તારો માં તળાવો ઊંડા ઉતારી આપવામાં આવે છે. જેથી તેમાં વર્ષભર પાણી મળી રહે છે. ગરીબ ગ્રામવાસીઓ ને આજીવિકા રળવા માટે ગાયદાન કરવામાં આવે છે.
Charitable Dispensary / આરોગ્ય મંદિર
The ashrama hosts a dispensary along with a Physiotherapy section, and an X Ray Unit, a Dental Care Unit, an Ophthalmology Unit and a Dressing Section.
આશ્રમ પ્રાંગણ માં દાતવ્ય ચિકિત્સાલય આવેલું છે; જેમાં અંગ કસરત વિભાગ, એક્સરે વિભાગ, દંત ચિકિત્સા વિભાગ, આંખ વિભાગ અને ડ્રેસિંગ વિભાગ આવેલા છે.
Disaster Relief / કુદરતી આપત્તિ રાહત કાર્ય
Ramkrishna Mission is always in the forefront of disaster relief work. During the devastating 2001 earthquake, 24 school buildings were reconstructed at the cost of more than Rs. 6 Crore.
કુદરતી આપત્તિ રાહત કાર્ય માં રામકૃષ્ણ મિશન હમેશા અગ્ર ભાગ ભજવે છે. ૨૦૦૧ ના વિનાશક ભૂકંપ સમયે રૂ. ૬ કરોડ થી વધુ ના ખર્ચે ૨૪ સ્કૂલો બનાવી આપવામાં આવી હતી.
Spiritual Activities / ધાર્મિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ
Daily morning and evening arati is conducted in the temple. Religious festivals like birthdays of Thakur, Ma Swamiji and other saints are also celebrated. Regular and special religious discourses are conducted.
મંદિર માં દૈનિક સવાર સાંજ આરતી થાય છે. ધાર્મિક ઉત્સવો જેમકે ઠાકુર, માં, સ્વામીજી તેમજ અન્ય મહાપુરુષો અને સંતોના જન્મ દિવસ ની ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવે છે. નિયમિત અને વિશેષ ઉપલક્ષે ધાર્મિક પ્રવચનો નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે.
